I hope that those widower that lapses 2 years will be allowed now to process even if laps for 2 years becauae we did not know about this and some died in america it was difficult for us to get death certif from vital records

Hello, I was pending in my process i130 and I 485 and then my husband passed away, 2 months ago, I just realized uscis approved my process and I don’t know what I have to do for the i360 instead of I 130, it was supposed I was pending for months but they approved the case earlier, what should I do?

can I ask ..my petitioner died already and my mother-inlaw is my sponsor to continue my immigrant visa that my husband started. now my case was already approved from USCIS then there has mistake from I-130 and they ask a form I-824. my question is who will sign the signature of form I-824 because my husband died already? is my mother-inlaw can sign it? thank you for your respond...

Will I have a problem if we married untimely we’re 4days laps in our 90days timeframe. And last two weeks ago my husband died in a car crash. We haven’t filed for adjustment of status .
