If you dont like living in a city with little crime than Walnut Creek isn't your town. Maybe Oakland is the better option.

You forgot to mention (which is critical). Is MOST people who live in WC that commute not only do they have to take Bart or drive, they have the long passage of city driving to do just to get to their community (ygnacio valley rd, etc). Where’s people in orinda and Lafayette don’t have that (extra) drive time

If your’e from the Bay Area you would do anything to afford to live in Walnut Creek. This guy is definitely doing this for clicks. All cities in the Bay Area have the transportation problem. The parking downtown has gotten worse but when you compare other aspects of Walnut Creek to that of other cities WC is always on top. Most cities in the bay area have terrible schools and high crime while WC has top rated schools and very low crime. Additionally, the parking issue is really just in downtown. The Safeway on broadway has parking for customers and so does the target and the rest of WC outside of downtown doesn’t have the parking issue. Another thing I loved about living in WC is that the Kaiser and John Muir are great hospitals. I had to switch my medical to a PPO when I left WC because the other kaisers are so bad. Very few people who know the bay area would pass up a chance to live in Walnut Creek if they could afford it. This guy just made this video just to have content to post. And I say this as someone who lived in Walnut Creek most of my adult life but also lived in other cities like Martinez, Berkeley, Fremont, and now foster city.

As a local, Walnut Creek manages to be awful in terms of public transit, walking, biking, AND driving. nobody wins. That being said they've got good TOD at bart and some good streets by the theater

What do you think about the commute from Walnut Creek to San Francisco in a vehicle if the gas is covered by my work?

You made a previous video pitching Walnut Creek and now you're throwing it under the bus? Walnut Creek is fine; what makes its bad is when the Oakland contigent shows up to break into cars, steal from retail stores, or do home invasions.

BART has gotten more dangerous, especially after they expanded from North Concord to Antioch and Pittsburg

Parking is really not bad – especially compared to San Francisco. Go for it if you want to move to WC and commute to SF, but personally I don't think it's worth it unless you go in less than once a week.
