Hi. You didn't review the orange filter or the HEPA filter.

You don't just remove dust and hair from inside the vacuum. There's an orange filter AND a screen inside the vacuum. BOTH need to be cleaned at least every time you empty the bin. You occasionally have to REPLACE the orange filter.

I've cleaned the sensors with air, but my robot still has trouble finding its base. I havnt moved the base, and it's away from obstacles. Any tips?

There is also a filter in the dust bin of the robot itself. How often should we clean and/or replace that? Thanks!

WOW, I wish i had known this before! And I'm not sure how it's supposed to self-clean hair from the dust roll, but one side of it had a LOT of my (shoulder-length) hair wrapped around it. There's no way it would have ever come free without help.

I keep getting the error message to clean under the circular logo. I’ve cleaned every other nook and cranny I can find, but I can’t figure out for the life of me how to clean under the logo. Do I need compressed air?

I have a filter that isn't even listed. I have watched all the videos you have linked. The version I have Costco is selling. Robot AI. There is no foam filter in mine nor in the box, I have a flat and wide filter mentioned no where else and I have no idea where it goes. I have checked your links.

Hi. My shark AI XL docking station has a smell of burning plastic every time the robot docks and the station offloads the dirt from it. Have you encountered a similar issue before? Is there supposed to be a strange smell (burning plastic) from the docking station motor?

Why does my shark turn on by itself in the middle of the night? It's not scheduled to it just does. I've been unplugging it until I want to run it but then it takes forever to recharge.
