It's a reuse of a lot of figures, even the items...
The Skeletor head is from the Keldor 2 pack... But with the eyes painted black (and that I don't like at all).

Great video Jay! FYI that Wiki entry is wrong. I interviewed Mark Taylor and asked him about Demo-Man. He said it was not an early version of Skeletor, it was a separate character he wasn't able to fully develop into a toy.

Demo Man was defeated in Despondos by the combined efforts of Hordak and Horde Prime, Demo Man and Karak Nul aka Scare Glo was also defeated by the Horde Brothers, along with Demo Man where both eventually bonded to Keldor transforming him into Skeletor. Demo Man enhances Skeletor's warrior abilities while Scare Glo enhanced the mystic/magic attributes. Scare Glo would eventually free himself from Skeletor's being, Demo Man would not be so fortunate. - Theory by Dave Cinelli.

All Demo-Man's accessories are reuse and repaints from previous releases. Scimitar from Fang Man and Morning Star from Pig-Head! 😊
