About Josh Hatter

Josh has been an active investor since 1999 at the age of 18. Over the years, he has learned to execute the principles of “information arbitrage,” where asymmetric risk and reward is a critical factor in each investing decision regardless of the asset class. He took a $30,000 401k loan in late 2012 when he worked in corporate America for his first real bet on his information arbitrage concept in urban real estate downtown in his hometown of Charleston, SC. In the ten years since, that $30,000 is worth over $5 million, which he made largely between short-term rentals and bed and breakfast properties.
