The International Space Station on November 2, 2020, marked 20 years of continuous human habitation on board the lab that has been in low Earth orbit since 1998. The first crew, which included US astronaut Bill Shepherd and cosmonauts Sergei Krikalev and Yuri Gidzenko, lifted off from Kazakhstan on October 31, 2000, and arrived at the station two days later. Over the following two decades, the station would welcome 241 people from 19 countries. The space lab is expected to remain operational until at least 2030, after which it is expected to be decommissioned with the spacecraft burning up in a controlled re-entry.

90 minutes to orbit earth, that is very fast. That’s why I saw star travel fast but my friends told me it is satellite.

Thank you for sharing. I had the chance to see a rocket launch in 2018. Incredible experience. I uploaded a pretty cool montage of the trip to my channel.

I would like to see a lunar base, I would like to look at the moon and think: there are humans up there. For some reason now I can' t look up at the sky and think: there are humans up there. By the way, it's not Nasa’s International Space Station, it's just the International Space Station.

I'm still thinking if they can attached small booster bellow the station so they can lift it up a little so it could stay longer in space
