Lovely grain on that wood, will look beautify after a French polish to bring it back to new!

I think these were made by Challen or Broadwood Stephen.

As Marcus Roberts says one thing ye must be careful not to do is press any of the keys when taking the action out as ye might break a hammer, prob what ye did LOL. I nearly did that with my Yamaha.
Ye need 2 arms to lift the action yes they are heavy as all buggery.
Other thing ye must watch for are the Lead weights on the dampers aswell, sometimes the Lead can oxidise into white Lead Oxide so it's something to look for.
