Husam Zomlot, Head of Palestinian Mission to UK - BBC HARDtalk

It’s not clear when or even if Israel’s prime minister Benjamin Netanyahu is going to deliver on his promise to annex a large chunk of the occupied West Bank. It’s even less clear what the Palestinian strategy will be if it happens. HARDtalk’s Stephen Sackur speaks to the Palestinian ambassador in London Husam Zomlot. With the conflict at a turning point, does the Palestinian leadership have the vision, imagination and credibility to mount an effective response?

The Palestinian Ambassador is excellent! He has managed to make his point and at the same time expose the hypocracy of the West. They are unwilling and unable to make the Government of Israel act within International law.

Typical British interview, interviewer is totally uneducated! It is quite shameful. But of course well edited by the BBC to cut Husam off at the right points. All things considered we need to remember this whole situation was because of the UK! Palestine couldn’t have a better voice. As always well spoken and educated! Hundreds of interview like this where he turns every point. When will the western world learn!!

Steve you have been in journalism for a very long time you believe in biblical claims to use it as a question is indeed a shame on you to ask a question based in Israel’s views

The interviewer seems very confused at the refusal of the Palestinians to roll down and die

Zomlot handled interview with clarity and great restraint dealing with the condesending bias BBC. Evict all Israeli settlers in West BANK

Steven, if someone breaks into your house and then makes themselves out to be the rightful owner, and then expects you to accept the corner of your garden as your new home. Would you then say let’s accept these terms?

Mr Husam Zomlot is Clear Concise and Honest in his answers...Must keep the Palestinian issue simple for people to understand...It's simply Injustice to an unprecedent level in post war history. Someone's Land is been forcefully taken away from them.

‘I’ve heard the rhetoric before...” — the words of someone who refuses to address an argument.

The interviewer does not seem to recognize that Palestine is under occupation and the UK is responsible. Unlike partion of India, the UK made a big mess then walked away without resolving it.

Israel must give the Palestinians the same rights that they have. Give them the right to move and travel where they want and live where they want. It was Britain that is responsible for all the trouble in the world because of their colonization!!!

The fact that the Palestinian even entertained such a ridiculous line of questioning is itself insulting.

From 98% down to not even 22% belonging to Palestine. Steven expects the Palestinians to be happy with this offer.
