Huge Inspiration ! As you have surely experienced, I've done a lot of searching for the perfect bumper on my off-road build. Lots of frustration as I've found design ideas I like, but fitment to my ride isn't available, or some detail just isn't right. This has been particularly true with the placement and fitment of the winch and lights I want. Your video has given me the confidence to build my own. I salute your method and talent. Cardboard is outstanding. I save Wide Screen TV, Refrigerator, Matress, and other boxes just for this work.

One tip, cut through one side of the cardboard for places that need to bend. Keeps the bend straight and the bend won't fight you.
