I wish I could tap the percentage number and enter a value rather than having to perfectly drag it. Also wish there was an all off button for my prime and that you had some nice spectrums selectable out of the box that we could just adjust the intensity of.

Dude.. How tf do I just shut my lights off?.. I just bought 3 of these damn things and stil l trying to figure out how to create my schedule because it's so over complicated and for the last 2 nights I've had go just unplug thr lights entirely to just shit the lights off.. Why are these lights so damn confusing. I go to "live demo" set everything to zero to shut the lights off and they come right back on like 10 minutes later which is when I assume the "live demo" ends.... This app is bullshit for how much I just spent on these lights. I can manually adjust my 130 dollar fluval light manually with no issues

I just purchased the Hydra 32. I attempted the setup, however the firmware update fails about halfway through the process. I have tried numerous times, and am at the point of contemplating just sending it back and going with a Radion. Any guidance would be appreciated!

These videos are almost useless guys. Just got two of your 64HD and your app is nothing like the videos. Why do you not produce a written manual, the single piece of card you put in the box has very little info on it. The written manual could be a PDF we could download. I would like some understandable instructions please.

I just bought two lights. They are both connected and on the same tank, but the color don’t match during the ramp times, which will probably eventually happen during the normal schedule. Should have went with a different light that isn’t owned by eco tech.

I control my lights from my pc is there a way it import a preset from the app to the pc? No offense but the app is such a pain to deal with especially if the light is already set up a different way.

My AI prime got wet and after cleaning it all lights except for channel blue work perfectly. Blue channel does nothing. Is there a way to fix it? If not, what channel would be the closest to use instead of blue? Maybe Royal? Thank you

I keep having an issue setting up my light... I get stuck in a loop, if it connects it asks Me for an ip address I enter that and it won't go further...

Why are my lights dimmer than when I play back my schedule. Lights seem a lot dimmer than my schedule is set for now. 🤦‍♂️ can’t figure out why. I can tell a huge difference my tank light is almost nothin when it should be lit good.

So do I have to have a wifi at my house to set this up or can I use the hotspot on my phone for the wifi and set it all up that way? I don't have any internet in my house but do have my phones hotspot I use when internet is needed on something
