This year also many IT companies continuously firing on the employees. One of the major IT company Accenture to lay off around 19000 employees in the upcoming months.

He's right in Accenture itself were I used to work and left two days back they hired more than 200 people for a project once we were hired in the few weeks they told that the project went on rampage and client doesn't has any requirement and they told you will be put on official redeployment in case u are not deployed to any project one will be asked to leave or will be terminated....and in the meanwhile they provided all pathetic and irrelevant projects and finally one were asked to leave so it's the truth the project they are taking is almost not there or its there for few months and gone so choose ur decision wisely

Guys, In Press conference Accenture Clearly mentioned the count of 19000 world wide and 7000 from India, So don't panic much, But if any of u and ur frnds are in bench, ask them to quicky search a good project.
