Astron VS-70M-AP - Simple unboxing Only - Simple déballage Seulement

- Remarquer, le heatsink en bas à gauche, ce n’est pas très visible sur la vidéo avec la mauvaise luminosité et le reflet, mais il est plié un peu et il a une égratignure. C'est pourtant un produit neuf!
En arrière, c'est très visible, sur la dernière diode en bas il manque un mica. Une chance que la peinture à fait office d'isolant sinon je faisais sauter le power supply violemment.
Lors de l'inspection à l'intérieur, une marque de brulure d'un fer à souder sur le dessus de transformateur a été la première chose que j'ai remarquée. Après, des fils brulés en plein centre par un fer. Beaucoup de soudure collée sur les parois et heatsink à l'intérieur. Du flux partout et une qualité de soudure assez moyenne.
Le cadran de droite a dû être changé également puisque les lumières allumaient avec une intensité diminuée par rapport à l'autre.
Astron a fini par m'envoyer un nouveau heatsink. Ç’a été extrêmement long et j'ai fini par recevoir le mauvais heatsink. J'ai déjà assez à devoir changer moi-même sur mon temps un heatsink sur un power supply neuf et de fournir la graisse que des délais s'ajoutent toujours.
Concernant les micas qui manquent, même situation, ça prit 1 mois avant qu'il envoie les micas parce qu'il oubliait et j'ai reçu les mauvais micas (parce que supposément il ne savait pas qu'il existait différents micas puisqu'il ne travaille pas dans ce département). Après 2 semaines que j'ai signifiées la situation, je n'ai pas encore reçu les bons micas.
J'ai donc fait plusieurs travaux à l'intérieur et dû ressouder plusieurs câbles (il a mis la faute sur le montage par des étudiants et qu'ils sont faite à la main)...
J'espère juste qu'il ne manque pas d'autres pièces à l'intérieur ou qu'il y a d'autres défauts qui vont ressortir lors d'une utilisation plus soutenue.
Pas rassurant et un peu découragé moi qui voulait un produit fiable et sans tracas!

Behind, it is very visible, on the last diode at the bottom a mica is missing. Luckily the paint acted as insulation otherwise I would blow up the power supply violently.
Upon inspecting the interior, a burn mark from a soldering iron on the top of the transformer was the first thing I noticed. Afterwards, wires burned in the center by an iron. Lots of solder stuck to the walls and heatsink inside. Flux everywhere and a fairly average welding quality.
The right dial had to be changed as well since the lights turned on with a reduced intensity compared to the other.
Astron ended up sending me a new heatsink. It was extremely long and I ended up getting the wrong heatsink. I already have enough to have to change myself on my time a heatsink on a new power supply and to supply the grease that delays always add up.
Concerning the missing micas, same situation, it took 1 month before he sent the micas because he forgot and I received the wrong micas (because supposedly he didn't know that there were different micas since he does not work in this department). After 2 weeks that I served the situation, I have not yet received the correct micas.
So I did several works inside and had to resolder several cables (he blamed the assembly by students and that they are handmade)...
I just hope there aren't any other parts missing inside or that there are other flaws that will show up with more sustained use.
Not reassuring and a little discouraged me who wanted a reliable and hassle-free product!
