No wonder! People in Spokane foolishly start watering their lawns as early as April. The entire state of Washington is too far north for that to make sense! If everyone would at least wait till late June, or early July this likely wouldn't have happened!

So, the amount of people living in Spokane is starting to exhaust the Aquifer in the dry season? This is basically what is being reported. Keep building Spokane and keep the people from the south moving in, that'll help the situation.
