Instead of converting string to int. Initialize incval as int. Blazor will figure out the binding by itself.

Things have changed since this video was made, there are now two options to create a new blazor app with dotnet new they are:
dotnet new blazorwasm
dotnet new blazorserver [--auth Individual]
