I think the lyrics are really conveyed jiu niangzi very well... (spoiler alert for the main stories, I haven't done her stories yet) In the stories, the adult quite literally never taught anything to her. Her mother left and didn't give her any reason. Why? And when she asks her only parental figure and asks something. Her parental figure only like say "oh you will understand once you've become xiangrui, you will understand your mother." she told her to protect the village, and that is her purpose to do so. After that, she "also left" quite literally she doesn't give a proper understanding of anything and never taught sometimes in her childhood since all the adults left her. And that's why she was clueless and doesn't understand that what she doing is right or wrong. She just thought is was the right thing.... (there's some stories that I don't remember but this is how I understand so far if you all want to re correct me is fine)

Even though the setting is a far east rural town, the vibe this song gives is just what Regulus would vibe to on a comfy evening of a weekend, with snacks and company. The jazzy vibes and the comfort this gives is really nice. Bluepoch with another banger!
