Thanks for this excellent video ! Is there any difference if we want to create a customized usable personalized solution with Dynamics 2013 ? I have an error when I try to add existing entities : error has occured, please return to the home page and try again later.
I tried again couple of times but even after restarting my computer the error still occurs.

When you create that things, the system automatically updates the crm to all other users?

@maeveclare88 you dont have full rights to your organization. Be sure to log in as the System Administrator user account (the one that provisioned CRM Online has this by default).
