The comment section is full of weekend warrior beginner riders. A rev limiter just sets the maximum RPM—you choose that limit when tuning. The engine might be capable of hitting 13k RPM, but you can set the limiter to 12k for reliability, or even 11.5k if your tune is optimized to make power within that range. LMAO people really don’t get it.
