Microsoft Edge's Settings Page is Getting a Major UI Makeover in October 2024

According to Microsoft, this change will make finding browser settings more efficient by elevating top settings and improving settings page navigability. This will be done by introducing three navigation improvements to Edge Settings.

Is there a way to add the search engine bar next to the address bar like most browsers do? I checked customized toolbar and there's nothing I can do about it.
