As a 70 years old UK trained physician, worked in neuroscience with diploma in Tropical medicine, I became very interested in nutrition after my retirement. However, I never knew so much about Vit K (and most contents of your other lectures), -which is immediately relevant for Covid, vaccines and strokes, coronary disease. I can not thank or repay you enough, and to the brilliant guests participating because you have a big open heart and mind, so that our opposition physicians can only be seen as arrogant, ignorant, narrow minded deplorables, in the near future.

Doc, It seems thrombosis comes up a lot, between Glutathione deficiency and now Vitamin K deficiency. Could you do a video on thrombosis specifically, and include all of the channels that results to thrombosis?

K is considered an omni vitamin as its founds in all sorts of places. Note: MK-7 works in the mitochondria to support CoQ10 in the ROS fight. Also, the older you get the less CoQ10 you make

Dr. Been: thank you for the superb video. Have you discussed fasting in one or more of your videos? I would be very interested in hearing your analysis of the pros and cons of fasting, generally, and vis a vis CV19 in particular.

Vitamin K and all other fat soluble vitamins are absorbed from the gut, go through lymph vessels to Thoracic duct, then to vein of systemic circulation, then to heart and ultimately to Liver through Hepatic arteries. Fat and fat soluble vitamins do not go directly to Liver from the gut via entero-hepatic portal system.

Those who are more severe with GI issues are the ones going to the hospital. That’s been established. Stanford study shows 5x more likely to be hospitalized. They are not eating, diarrhea, not absorbing any K. Would be interesting to see if just treating the digestive issues would be better than focusing on just vitamin k.
