Sun Serum Stolen? Influencer used as an endorser - without telling her!

The photo is one Brittany Xavier's husband took of her back in 2018, and he transferred the copyright to Brittany's company Thrifts and Threads, Inc. An artist stylized the photo, but it's still recognizable on the bottle as the same one. Now Brittany and her company are suing Undefined, Inc. and unknown others who she thinks are operating out of San Francisco.
