I CAN'T count on one hand the number of stretches I think are good for low back pain sufferers. I think over time stretching for back pain relief has been a shotgun approach for providers to give quick wins to their patients but in reality, these stretches are only used for short-term relief. The FIRST step to overcoming tight muscles especially in the lower back is to start building strength and doing it in a way that gives the low back a break!

I am so happy there is a channel dedicated to lower back fitness. I use to be into strength training and enjoyed it. Then I got pregnant and due to something going very wrong during my c section, my lower spine is permanently damaged. I am also a dancer so I am quite depressed with the limitations I have now. I am gonna binge on your videos today. Thank you.

For me who suffers from Anterior Pelvic Tilt, quad stretch is very helpful

Anything the government has its hands on is trash. The medical system is no different, your health isn’t the priority, stealing your money is the priority.

I was doing these and stopped a year ago. Built a simple workout with your advice, about two months ago. I’ve made more gains in the last two months than the last two years. That isn’t hyperbole, thanks! You look great and are an inspiration to me, I’m returning from 3 herniated discs in my low back. God bless, all the glory to Jesus Christ.
