I did wonder at the word for the washing machine door, lo sportello... I looked it up and it says it means a counter... guess it also means the washer door too...so much more to learn.

Perhaps "bucacio" refers to the giant hole you put the laundry into??

Questo è stato un ottimo video, Manu - breve e dolce, con un vocabolario importante. È stato interessante che le istruzioni della lavatrice siano in inglese. Quando ero in Italia le istruzioni erano in italiano e ho commesso qualche errore! Anche alcune domande sul vocabolario: a volte ci si riferisce a buchi come la tua biancheria intima, no?
