Home Affairs Minister Dr Aaron Motsoaledi has dismissed criticism of amendments to refugee laws, saying the changes are aimed at closing gaps in the legislation. Motsoaledi gazetted the Refugees Amendment Act, which came into effect in the New Year. For more, we are joined in studio by Sharon Ekambaram from the Lawyers for Human Rights and the African Diaspora Forum Spokesperson, Amir Sheikh.
