"Late term abortion is incredibly rare"....so are abortions done because of rape or incest, yet Democrats always use those as the prime examples as to why abortion must remain 100% legal with no limits. Also, Democrats used to tell us that ALL abortions were rare. Remember the "SAFE, LEGAL, AND RARE" motto they had in the 90's? Now they tell us that abortions are so common, they are the most important aspect of women's healthcare and nearly ALL women in the country will be affected if they are banned or limited.
