Smart Identity Portal demo

Welcome to the presentation about Pulsen’s Smart Identity Portal. With this service, you’ll be able to automate your company’s user access control. Are you struggling with requirements in the GDPR regulation on data protection and privacy? You are not fully aware of who has access on which system or data. Are you sure that all your licenses are in use?

Smart Identity Portal automates user access to data and services, based on the user’s roles. You can purchase a customized service package on cloud, based on your organization’s needs and requirements. If you are already using a HR-system, the employee’s working information can be automatically imported to cloud. In case you don’t have a HR-system, the employee’s information must be entered manually. After you have entered all the user’s information, you choose for example, the duration of employment, office, Manager information and role information. You can use the same manual process with the external users.

I am currently logged in to the portal as an end user. If the user needs permissions or assets not included in the user’s role, the end user, administrator or the end user's manager can apply for permissions as a self-service. The user sees all assets linked to the user's account. The role permissions that are available for applying, are also displayed here. The role can include access rights for multiple applications or services. When the employment or contract of an external user ends, all the permissions will be removed automatically. With the automated user access control, managing external partners, clients, temporary workers and contractors is made easy. You can ensure the validity of the information and deliver required reports with the reporting tool included. Reporting is powered by Microsoft's Power BI reporting and analysis tool.
