The initial development of Fluid Shelf technology actually stems from demands of the QSR industry; which called for precise holding temperatures +/- 1 degree F. Since that time, Thermodyne has developed a full line of holding cabinets in footprints and configurations for virtually any application.

Our most popular quick serve models are those from the NDNL family of units; which feature a patented fixed lid system and operate without a door. These commercial ovens offer quick pass-thru access to multiple menu items and can be placed within or mounted above food prep lines. Products are safely held at precise temperatures and do not fluctuate based on volume of product in the cabinet or pan.

The mission at Thermodyne is to provide innovative cooking and holding equipment to positively impact food quality and restaurant profitability, while doing our part to help address the worldwide crisis of food waste, which amounts to 2.5 billion tons per year.

Thermodyne offers more than 35 different models ranging from a three-shelf counter-top unit to a unit capable of holding 42 full size steam table pans, many of which are available for same day shipment in the United States. Thermodyne also offers extensive design experience and the manufacturing capacity to customize equipment to meet specific customer needs.
