How do we change the court? We are living in a juridical oligarchy, not a democracy. Listen to the speaker! Who hires the judges to dictate law? How do we fire them if we don't like their opinions? Why are their opinions orders? Why are parliamentarians their scribes? Why do we vote for MPs if MPs have no power to write law? How many divisions does the court have, to enforce their diktats? Why does parliament accept their dictation?
