I decided to buy the huawei matebook D15 and im glad i did as having a huawei P30 pro gives me the functionality of huwaei share so i can wirelessly connect to my phone i got the D15 and the 2nd gen huawei mouse for £409.99

Nice review thanks! - I got the original matebook e and I like it - this one is better; battery life is low because of the low battery but thats fine with me I always keep a usb c charger in my bag for my phone or tablet when needed.

Just writing this comment for people who are looking to get the base model. The base model comes with an i3 with 8gb of ram, 125 gb of SSD space, and it does not come with the same GPU on the i5 model. That said, the base model to me, is for people who want to use the tablet for browsing, Microsoft office, watching content and video conferencing. I would recommend buying cloud storage as the storage is not expandable. Considering how much space windows take there will only be around 45 gb left on the system.

On the 8GB of ram you can still run multiple tabs and watch content while you work on some documents at the same time. So the 16gb version would be a bit of an overkill for this purpose. But if you plan to run some more intensive software and play light games then go for the higher priced model. But really this is a niche market for this sort of tablet. Which makes it hard to find a lot of good alternatives. The reason for saying that is because windows tablets are very few and expensive. The base model for Huawei MateBook E isn't terrible as compared to the base models for other windows tablets, which in turn makes this a good product.
