i have a question

I get this error every try

-sh-4.2$ /opt/plesk/php/7.0/bin/php bin/magento setup:upgrade
[ReflectionException]
Class does not exist
setup:upgrade [--keep-generated] [--magento-init-params="..."]

when i put below comment in terminal

php bin/magento setup:static-content:deploy -f

this type of error occurs how to clear this


The "-f" option does not exist.

Sir, actually I installed Magento 2 successful and i changed categories, attributes & some front design changes. And I installed new theme (Necessary (Emthemes) theme) by using php bin/magento setup:upgrade. But It shows "

Exception #0 Element 'referenceBlock', attribute 'after': The attribute 'after' is not allowed.

Line: 889" after that i'm checking my store address via localhost.
But I can see admin panel without bug. How can i solve this problem? Please guide me. I'm using Magento-CE-2.3.0 and PHP Ver7.1.26 (XAMPP). Thank you.

Is there a lot of variability in theme installation or behavior? I've attempted two themes, and neither follow the course of your video - nor some others I've viewed, Nor the documentation. I've had to refresh my Magento install several times because it just keeps breaking, and I can't seem to find a troubleshooting (if this happens / do this) guide anywhere.
