1 large can of mixed beans/ chickpeas
1 teasp Salt
1 teasp red chilli powder
1/2 teasp Cumin( zeera)
1/4 teasp Nigella seeds ( kalonji)
1 tabsp Coriander powder

2 tomatoes
1/4 cup yogurt
1 tabsp tomato paste
1 tabsp ginger garlic paste

Ingerdients:
Vanilla Custard powder 3 tabsp
Full fat Milk 1.5 litre
1/4 cup Sugar

Almond/pistachio chopped 2-3 tabsp
Chum chum / gulab jamun/ barfi 1 cupMixed fruit cocktail 1 large canGreen jelly 1 packetRed jelly 1 packetColoured vermicelli (seviyan) 1 cup Kewra water 1 tabsp optional
For additional flavour( optional)
Evaporated milk 1 can
1/4 cup Cream( add when custard cools down)

1 kg Beef mince
4 tabsp Fried onion
1 tsp heaped All spice powder
1 tbsp Raw papaya(squeezed-no water)
1 tbsp Yogurt/cream
1 tbsp Ginger garlic paste(no water)
2 tsp Chili powder
1 tabsp Shaan seekh kabab masala
1/2 tsp Cardamom powder optional
1/4 tsp Nutmeg & mace powder
1 tbsp grounded roasted peanuts
2 tbsp roasted besan( gram flour)
1 tbsp corn flour
2 green chillies
1 cup cilantro leaves
1 tsp red chilli powder
1 tsp black pepper powder
1/2 tsp chilli flakes
to taste Salt
1 pc charcoal - red hot
