The true way to balance aphelios, without gutting him or taking all the fun away, is to INCREASE his AMMO. With more ammo in every gun, he needs to stay at his current state for longer and his fantasy of being several adc's in one isn't oppressive and opportunistic. Increased ammo will also decrease the amount of fights that Aphelios can insta cast 4 spells as he dumps the last of his ammo on his two guns. Being stuck for longer with your current sets of guns forces you to play around your strengths with that weapon combo more.

Ardent censer was totally busted for 5 patches before they changed it and it dominated the worlds finals that one year. The change? It gained a number displaying how much damage and healing it did. No in game change just a tooltip.

I actually don't think Shens best role right now is top lane. The shield buffs help him A LOT in jungle as his clear is now super healthy and it also makes support Shen quiet a bit better.

Great video, I agree on almost all of your points especially Shen and Caitlyn, I think stacking AD on cait is sleeper op. Only thing I would say is Gragas buffs makes him alot more viable again in pro play and I feel we will start seeing him as an AP jungle option for teams who can't or refuse to play Nidalee & Karthus.

Yo Phreak. If the potential upcoming set of buffs/nerfs are true, may I ask... Why is Veigar getting buffed again? Has high movespeed, high skill uptime, high damage, high ratios, high base damage values, and a piercing skillshot Q. So much power in his kit and yet he keeps getting pushed up. I feel this is definitely going to come back and bite pro play in the a** when he actually starts seeing actual use.

I’m sad about the Aphelios nerf. He’s fun to play. He’s still strong with 2 items but he isn’t insanely powerful like Caitlyn. Caitlyn doesn’t even need to combo to kill anyone- she can just auto them to death with her crits 😒
