Well to be fair it didn't have all those attachments on it when you first got it so it would make sense that it wouldn't fit now with add ons still connected.

Thanks to this advance warning, I made a video of my unpacking the Lono Aero for the first time, to see exactly how the factory rolled it. Once I had that it was easy to put it all back together in the bag. I appreciate your early review! Love mine so far. Caught fish the first day out. Are you still enjoying yours? Looking forward to a follow up video.

Bote has a bad habit of making the bag "Just fit" to give the customer fits! lol!
I had the same problem with my Aero HD. I gave up and bought a bigger bag on Amazon.
One thing that may help is get a electric pump with inflate /deflate that can take every bit of air out.

Once you got it folded so it worked, why not show the rest of us that sequence in slow motion? I was hoping to learn how to do it, not just watch someone else struggle.
