Somewhere in that crowd you should see a big black guy standing next to a short Puerto Rican fella. I'm the big black guy. I think I was wearing a white polo and shorts. I remember that day well.

It was my second trip to NYC, (there would be many more since) I decided like most tourists to go to Times Square. We were walking around, seeing the sites and they were setting up the stage for what would become this performance. Not many knew what was going on. I said oh well, and kept walking. We bar hopped a bit and when we came out I was surprised to see this in person.

As soon as I came out he was singing my favorite songs from the Continuum album. I made my way to the crowd to see this up close. It was one of those magic moments that can only happen in NYC.

The intro where he ended with a Cm instead was such a pleasant surprise

This is my favorite performance of this song. I've seen the Mac Miller memorial and LA Where the light is show and he plays better to me in this performance.
