Il s'agit d'une chanson de Asik Mahsuni Serif qui est l'un des derniers grands représentants de la tradition des asik (littéralement traduit par "amoureux"). Ce sont des poètes, bardes qui accompagnent leur chant avec le saz (lutte à 3 cordes). Les chansons sont souvent engagées et contestataires. Elles racontent également la tradition alévie qui est une minorité religieuse turques. Et la version de Derya est juste sublime. Sa voix me fait trop penser à celle de Selda Bagcan.

C'est l'une des plus belles chansons que j'ai entendu depuis longtemps, la voix de la chanteuse fait vibrer une corde sensible, son interprétation est magnifique... meme si on ne parle pas le turc, on comprend tout!
