4:30 - It's a PIR (passive, infra-red), in other words, a motion-detector.
5:40 - Six-axis accelerometer/gyroscope.
6:09 - Nope, it's analog; the I²C one has four pins.
6:19 - It's an infra-red receiver for the remote-control.
6:48 - It has an RFID keyfob, RFID card, and RFID reader.
8:08 - MB102 803–tie-point, connectable breadboards.
8:33 - Yup, it's the power-supply to stick on the breadboard. The USB connector is for powering it from USB.

I crunched the numbers, and at most, you might pay maybe a few extra dollars for the kit than if you collect the parts yourself on eBay, but that doesn't take into account all the time you'd have to spend on eBay to do so, so unless your time is worth ~$1.50/hour, then the kit is surprisingly worth it (plus other bonuses like the case, legend, shipping time, and convenience).

I have one of these kits for the Mega 256. It has mostly the same stuff. It is a great hobby to get into and you can advance to single board computers and even do AI with the new edge computers coming out. The Jetson Nano is the most powerful single board computer and can be used for robotics or AI. I used to mess around with PC hardware and this stuff is a great way to get back into exotic electronics.
