Today were back with another history video, this time were discussing the kreigsmarine bismarck, the german captial ship. The bismarck had a bit of a short but lively history and hopefully you'll get a little bit of knowledge about how it faired during ww2. Hey I have an unrelated question for you that I can't find an answer to, but you may know. If your commander his reached elite status with 19 points, does he still earn commander XP if you are using flags and camo that enable you to earn commander XP? I understand that once the commander reaches 19 points, he earns elite commander XP, but normal commander XP is no longer counted. Does that mean those camos and flags with commander XP are wasted?
