The Rahkshi are easily some of the best villains to appear in any children’s media ever. Everything about their design in both the sets and the movie is just so cool and intimidating.

It’s also quite funny that they were given pearlescent parts that make their colours brighter than the Toa instead of darker like you’d expect from villains, and that somehow works perfectly.

Fun fact: the endgame for MNOG2 originally would have pitted Hahli against a Rahkshi in each village, putting her kohlii skills to the ultimate test! This is why the matoran and the rahkshi toys both have the "hockey gimic"!

For some reason the way you compare the bionicle to family and friends together with the subtly movement make them come to life in some way, and it kinda makes them feel like much more than just simple toys. Like each figure represents a part of your life. I love bionicle and watching this video and this scene in particular made me look at my own collection and appreciate the toys even more

I really appreciate the anecdote at the end and the flip around from "Agh what is this great spirit, three virtues nonsense, " to just an honest to god acceptance of unity, duty, and destiny as important principles. I love when a 'haha funny media" video turns into a look at the creator's personal story and what it'd left with them.
