When thea temporarily stopped cooking due to panic attack, the other home cooks stopped, and felt concerned. That's sportmanship

Panic attack mixed with dehydration and lack of sleep. Hydrate and rest, talk to a doctor about anxiety.

I'm actually surprised that this doesn't happen more often. The adrenaline, stress, and heat are enough to make one feel faint. Add in the production equipment and it is a near perfect storm.
I'm sure they have air conditioning and likely alot of fans to help keep the room not just cooler but also to clear all the smoke, steam, etc from the natural cooking stations.

I really respect the other chefs for stopping and not using her emergency as a chance to get ahead even though they definitely could have just kept working. Idk, it’s a small detail and most them probably weren’t even thinking about it like that, but this competition obviously meant a lot to her so everyone not using this to their advantage was really nice to see. Stopping was something they didn’t really need to do so watching them prioritize her safety over the competition was really sweet.

You can literally hear the panic attack worsening by the second. It can be freaking scary sometimes - feels like ur gonna die.
