We will never be able to repay the debt we owe to these men and their families. All we can do is remember. God bless you all who served.

Mad respect for these gentlemen, when I was in Afghanistan I would always wonder what they felt like on that day on my 2nd deployment my battalion struck a IED I was thrown 30' from humvee I was paralyzed from the waist down I eventually learned how to walk again I since have PTSD and severe nerve damage. To see these soldiers all these years later talking about this horrific incident is absolutely Awesome Semper fi 1/6 Lima company Sgt.USMC 🇺🇲

It was 79 years ago today. Thank you Soldiers(men and women) who served and lost their lives that day and all those who survived. I was not a thought in this world then, but I do know about Pearl Harbor and your sacrifice. You will never never be forgotten. God Bless You All!

My mother just left. She said that it was eerie, humbling, and solemn to be where all that death and destruction took place. I hope as a nation we can grow.

The numbers are dropping but their stories will live on. This year we learned a family member killed on the Oklahoma was among the bodies identified 75 years later and was returned home last month.

I was not alive when Pearl Harbor happened but I do remember hearing about it in school in our history class I pray that every school-age child will study what happened at Pearl Harbor and also now some kids are learning about what happened on 9/11 I was alive for that one and it devastated this country the people that served on those battleships who perished in that terrible incident should never be forgotten

I had the privilege' of meeting an USS Arizona crew member when I was in Boy Scouts around the late 1960s. I can still remember his tattoo. He was working as a cook at the smorgasbord we were at for some event. Just a chance meeting but something I've always remembered.
