Thank you alot, my camera goes black and i wait like 5-10 Minutes after this its blinking red and does the update, so folks just chill and wait.

I think it makes more sense to update via the SD card. What happens if in the middle for some reason your iPhone or iPad shuts off?

FYI - I've made a video on this yesterday where it appears Sony has suspended this update. I assume you recorded it a couple days ago as it was suspended on the 13th.

What Sonys needs to do is add Extended Clear Scan so we can reduce flicker. Shutter angle really doesn’t do anything. I’ve got a chart for that.

Still going thru the NIGHTMARE of trying to update my A1 (last attempt was to reset to Factory Settings to make sure the installation doesn’t crash on some user options that Sony never tested for… that can disable your Wi-Fi connection or simply BRICK the Camera 🤬

Sure you don’t have to reset back to Factory settings to ensure a clean upgrade??? 🧐
