I think we know who /what this song is about...but the lyrics are so mature for a late teen and to be able to sing about her limitations in terms of the thoughts and emotion, as in "I don't know if I have that strength right now, in order to forgive", and the sense of betrayal...it hits me right in the gut. Pun unintended.
This, and "Logical", are so heartbreakingly beautiful. The lyrics, the music, vocal style and emotion is just ooof!
