It’s nice to see all the people enjoying the sun and eating and drinking and then you see a migrant man walking along the beach or sitting in the sun trying to sell his sun hats or whatever he’s got and at the end of the day he might end up with 10 or 15 euros profit and it makes you think what a cruel and unjust world this is .

If one were to live there, would there be places where one could go out to eat or live on a medium budget in Cannes? I know that there is one very expensive shopping area, I was just wondering if there were other areas that are more affordable.
