My most interesting trip doing salvia, I was a single cell in the human body, accompanied by thousands of other cells. We were all a bunch of smiley faces visually, happily doing our job, until I realised the row of cells beyond me were dying and I was getting closer to the death row. I started panicking like, "Fuck, I don't wanna die, man!" All the other cells became disturbed by my panic, which helped straighten me out. I realised it's all part of our collective journey. So in the end, I just accepted it. It was the most peaceful moment I've ever experienced. Now, I don't fear death. It's honestly not that bad.

Psychedelic rules:
1. The basics you always hear - don’t trip completely alone, know your dosage, don’t trip with shitty friends, intention setting and prior mood will determine your trip, always test, etc
2. Open space even if it’s indoors, comfy couch or bed nearby, minimal clutter, get things clean first. Snacks water everything you need should be within arms reach, easy to use, non spill
3. Don’t worry about when the trip ends trust me, act like a tourist. Learn their customs explore the land and stay open minded. if I’m anxious about time I wear a watch (not recommended for beginners - I do this when I’m trip sitting especially)
4. Have something to stimulate yourself during, finger painting really works but journaling or music if you’re more coherent is also great
4. Take good care of yourself after. Do not abuse these tools. Trips should be taken sparingly, we all need to go home at some point!

ALSO there are trip killers. A common one is risperidone as as it’s probably already around you if you have an antipsychotic prescription. Pls research how to specifically use but if anything seems to go too south they can be helpful in an emergency when used correctly. If you are trip sitting find a way to get a trip killer.

Always do research first, both online and through experienced people you can try to meet.

My experience was terrifying. At first I was living in a clown city. full of clowns and the environment was clownish. I knew I was tripping and kept telling myself it will pass. Then the high wasn’t going away so I had convinced myself that I was trapped in that world that I had gone insane and I literally thought to myself that the outside me, my physical body was inside an asylum. The trip lasted like three minutes but felt like an eternity.

Salvia was probably the best "High" ive ever had. I was told it lasted 15ish minutes. I was walking around a massive, goes on forever mansion. Every room was "Alive". The plats, chairs, pool water etc. The house was telling me its history, and what happened there. It was so peaceful.

When i did salvia years ago, we had quiet peaceful music, a dark room, several friends who were quiet and we all went one at a time. No talking. No asking if you feel it. Just laying on the couch with almost nothing but your mind to take you somewhere. It was a great experience.

I have yet to see a video of a setup to take people to a good place, instead they fill the room with stimuli almost hoping people react badly for internet clicks.

I've taken LSD and had shrooms. LSD a few times, and completely laughed my a** off, which my sides hurt for days lol. Shrooms only once and I experience what I was hoping for. Now that's not saying it doesn't cause I have friends that say they've had amazing experiences on shrooms.

The only thing that really would scare me is the feeling like you've been there for thousands of years. I could take three minutes of pretty much anything but imagine being in hell for thousands of years. The mind knows no difference.
