oh this is so different from my experience though, perfume oil are usually the strongest (more than 20% extrait in the oil) compared to EDP which is just 12-15% of extrait. Because alcohol is just a media, same goes oil. but most oil I use projects better and has stronger sillage than EDP due to higher concentration of extrait.
