One request, Ben: could you please talk about the possibilities for the particles/prepositions that come after the phrasal verbs when you deal with them? For example: after fork out the prepositions 'for' and 'on are possible. After splash out, 'on'. I would naturally choose 'on' thinking of 'spend on sth' but I'm always cautious not to generalise when it comes to English. So many exceptions! 🙂
