This is really useful. I always feel like I'm having to work everything out from scratch in end games because my theory of them is so weak and I often blunder. If there are resources purely for practicing end games I'm not aware of them but this is one I'd just like to be able to repeat against a machine until it sticks in my head...

After rook check in the end you can just go to a7 with king behind the rook that can also help.
