Timelapse is meant to be used while the camera isn't moving. That's why it is not stabilized. It's made from a lot of photographs like stop motion technique, but faster.

How hyperlapse works is like.. like a video with x12 or more speed. If you're shooting a video in most cases the camera is moving, or at least shaking. That's why it is stabilized.

Thanks for the video. Very useful information. I fixed the DJI osmo on the handlebar of my bike yesterday. While I was riding my bike, I put the Osmo Pocket in slow motion mode. The result was not very successful. The image was blurring every 5-6 seconds. I'll try it with Hyperlapse today. :)

actually timelapse is a video that does not move but is played quickly hyperlapse is a video that moves and is played quickly the difference is that hyperlapse moves and timelapse does not .... so it is true if the timelapse mode vibrates because it is not supposed to move hyperlapse must move soo he must be stabilized

basically hyperlapse is just a fastforward video but slightly slower than timelapse.. thats why u can move and video remains stable as compared to timelapse who is supposed to be not moving during the whole process

Timelapse is good for still shots where camera is stationary while hyperlapse is good for moving shots where camera is moving
