World famous DJ Skee gets his hands on the Limited Edition Halo 4 box set before it officially releases. The Master Chief is back again in Halo 4, the most anticipated game of the year for the Xbox 360. The Limited Edition box set features access to 9 extra maps available for download post launch, early access to customizations and unique in game options.

Halo 4 is the eighth installment of the best-selling Halo franchise. The game was developed by 343 Industries, a Microsoft owned internal development studio established for the purpose of creating new properties for the Halo series. Halo 4 is the first of three games in the Reclaimer trilogy, and is a direct sequel to Halo 3.

The game is set four years after the events of Halo 3 in 2557, and will follow the main protagonist Master Chief as he explores the uncharted shield world called Requiem.
Here the hero will discover new enemies, experience the return of the Covenant, and will discover more of the Forerunners tainted history.

Limited Edition Contents

War Games Map Packs: The Limited Edition includes access to nine maps - three future competitive multiplayer map packs, each including three locations, available for download post-launch on Xbox LIVE.

Specializations: Receive early access to six Specializations, available at launch on Xbox LIVE, and use them, one at a time, to achieve higher ranks in your Spartan career. In addition to gaining access to new ranks, Specializations unlock new customization options.

The Special Edition of Halo 4: Forward Unto Dawn, a 90-minute extended version of the live-action digital series which will take fans back to the terrifying beginning of the Human/Covenant war, when the Master Chief inspired a young cadet who would eventually become a leader aboard the UNSC's greatest vessel ever: the UNSC Infinity.

Yeah, although I didn't have the chance to get into the multiplayer until a couple months before 3 came out, but I played a lot during that time, had a lot of fun with it. I personally just prefer 3

You have to get to SR-50 before using any specialization even if you have the limited edition

If you want a TRUE halo experience on Halo 4. Play Team Slayer Pro. So Far, I'm liking the multiplayer. It feels like Halo 3 with a little Reach. The Maps are great, and the weapons are balanced enough.

You're very right about that. Overcomplicated is a great word for it, it's lacking key dynamics of what makes a Halo game. The maps are too big and too detailed I would mostly guess they stylized them that way since they implemented sprint which they should not have done. It's pretty much just a more detailed version of Reach with a Br and a higher jump, a few decent maps for team slayer and a few lackluster ones. I'll still be playing some H3. Best Halo IMO.

Correction! Halo 4 was the last Halo! No Halo 5! Bungle is starting a new series called Destiny.

oh... that sucks, i think that people with regular edition have to unlock them individually, but limited edition owners get ALL of them at lvl 50

It's not the same classic Halo multiplayer, in my opinion. Halo 4, like Reach, became overcomplicated, adding perks and armor abilities, not the same as it once was with Halo 3 and below. This is just what I think, so don't get offended.
