Hey babe, I’ve been doing this for around two years. Now my skin is flawless. The only thing is is when you boil it with the flax seeds in it it’s kinda cooking all the good vitamins out of it what I would suggest is boiling water than pouring it into flaxseeds. Love you.

I tried it today for the first time but I strained it. Doctors will tell you its not great because of ppl will spend less. I cannot compare it to botox because I never tried botox but I will say I love the way my skin feels. What have you got to loose I'm going to stick to it for 7 days! Why not, as long as you don't have an allergy reaction
