1 & 2 Thessalonians - The Bible from 30,000 Feet - Skip Heitzig - Flight THE01

The apostle Paul wrote 1 and 2 Thessalonians in response to a report that some errors and misunderstandings about his teaching had crept into the church at Thessalonica. But Paul also used the opportunity to encourage the believers there, exhorting them in the Word, warning them against pagan immorality, and urging them to remain steadfast in God's truth in the face of persecution.

I’m so alone. I’ve been married 14 years but saved only two. My husband and son aren’t saved and they tune me out when I bring up God. But of course God is all I want to talk about and what I want to learn and the Bible to read. I’m trying to be patient. Yes they’ve heard the gospel. They understand how it works. I am loving and kind to them and I try to set a good Godly example around my house I know I’m not perfect though. But I’m so frustrated my heart is starting to grow cold. I don’t want it to but I’m like always ready to be mad with them. They just don’t get it. I’ve said it a million times a million different ways. It’s just absolutely heart breaking thinking they will go to Hell someday and won’t be with me in heaven. It’s not like they haven’t been witnessed to. My son I have more patience for because he’s only 14 and a teen and has a moody attitude and doesn’t want to listen. I’m not cool to him anymore. Hopefully when he’s older he will change his mind. But I’m running out of patience for my husband and I look at him differently. He is super loving and hard working and a republican and goes to church with me willingly but isn’t saved. Seems to not understand the concept. I just wish I wasn’t so alone in my own home. The world I understand they want to go to hell good for them but my own family? Just so sad. I am at my wits end pray for me please. Don’t misunderstand me I’m completely heart broken with the world also I just wish I had someone in my own home who was also saved.
